Diagnose and repair light vehicle mechanical systems
Recognised for pinpointing faults and carrying out repairs on engines, transmissions and driveline components. Uses systematic diagnostics to restore vehicle performance and reliability.
Service and maintain engine and driveline systems
Validated ability to perform routine servicing, tune-ups and preventative maintenance to manufacturer standards. Ensures longevity and optimal performance of vehicle powertrains.
Test and repair electrical and electronic systems
Competence in testing, fault-finding and repairing vehicle electrical circuits, sensors and control modules. Applies diagnostic tools to resolve electrical and ECU-related faults safely and accurately.
Perform scheduled servicing and safety inspections
Experience in conducting full vehicle inspections, safety checks and scheduled services in line with industry checklists. Identifies issues early and recommends appropriate repairs to maintain roadworthiness.
